What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily contact us through the website contact form. Required fields are: name, email address and message.

We do not use profiling, automated newsletters or sell data to third parties.

Purpose and legal basis

Data submitted via the contact form is used solely to read your enquiry and reply (information about courses, stays, accommodation or other messages).

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Third-party services

The contact form may be handled through Formspree (technical provider), which receives and forwards data to the controller by email. Formspree acts as a processor for the technical delivery only.

Embedded maps (Google Maps / OpenStreetMap) may involve technical data processing by those providers when you visit the contact page. Please refer to Google and OpenStreetMap privacy notices for details.

Retention

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and, where required, to comply with legal obligations. Data is not kept longer than reasonably necessary.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability as provided under the GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
